  • Publication number: 20240109073
Abstract: An enhanced operating comfort is to be achieved in a rotor part of an impact mill with a plurality of rotor tool blades detachably attachable to a blade attachment plate. This is achieved by recessing a spacer recess out of each rotor tool blade, recessing a blade holding recess and a plate spacer recess out of the blade attachment plate at each blade position, and having one spacer per rotor tool blade that can be held rotatably in the spacer recess and fixed in the plate spacer recess. An impact bead is arranged circumferentially at the upper edge of spacer, and each blade holder fixes a rotor tool blade to the blade attachment plate, and hence interacts with the spacer to prevent a movement by the rotor tool blade parallel and perpendicular to the longitudinal axis.

  • Publication number: 20240109074
Abstract: In a stator part of an impact mill, attached to an inner surface of an impact mill housing wall, includes a plurality of multifunctional stator tools, which are indirectly detachably attached to the impact mill housing wall, distributed along the inner surface, the arrangeability and replaceability of the stator tools is simplified, so as to increase user friendliness during impact mill operation. This is achieved by having the stator part comprise at least one spring element with spring element recesses. The at least one spring element is circumferentially attached along the inner circumference of the impact mill housing.

  • Patent number: 7753302
Abstract: A rotor of an impact crusher has at least one stellate plate, which can be attached to the rotor shaft. A plurality of paddle-blade type hammer tools are mounted on each stellate plate. The hammer tools are secured above and below the stellate plate by tool mounting brackets having hook-shaped ends that engage with the hammer tools. A respective adapter piece is placed in the stellate plate between the two tool mounting brackets. A retaining bolt penetrates the two tool mounting brackets and the adapter piece. A security slide secures the retaining bolt in position. The hammer tools of the inventive rotor for an impact crusher have a high usage volume and the rotor is extremely user-friendly with respect to the recurring tasks of setting and replacing the hammer tools, without having to loosen screw connections.

  • Patent number: 7744028
Abstract: A reliable, inexpensive option for the plates that function as wear parts and are mounted on an inner face of a casting wall of a stator. To achieve this the plates are designed as cast parts and are fixed to the inner face of the casting wall from an exterior of the stator. The plates are fixed by fixing bolts, which are screwed into the plates through the casting wall from the exterior. The plates have transverse threaded bores that correspond to the bolts. Respective spacer rings are pushed onto the fixing bolts secured by wedge-shaped cotters in both a positive and non-positive fit, and the wedge-shaped cotter pressing on the spacer rings that lie against the outer face of the casting wall. This invention is extremely economical and improves the operational safety in comparison to known options.
