    Abstract: An electrical resistance removal apparatus and method having a plurality of electrically conductive ground wires attached to a common junction on a stranded electrical ground wire of a building. The plurality of ground wires are attached to electrically conductive rods embedded in the earth. The ground wires are spaced apart a selected distance, preferably two inches, from each other. The ground rods are spaced apart a selected distance from each other, preferably fourteen inches.
