Abstract: Systems and methods for managing a perks package associated with personality rights of a known entity are disclosed. A method for managing such a perks package can include selecting personality rights of at least one of a plurality of known entities with which a subscriber desires to be associated. The method can further include transferring into a personality association fee account fees paid by the subscriber in exchange for association with the selected personality rights. The personality association fee account can be linked with the personality rights selected. At least one of a plurality of perks packages can be automatically assigned to the subscriber in exchange for payment of the association fees, wherein the at least one perks package assigned is associated with the personality rights selected.

Abstract: A system of fractional ownership of intellectual property, and a method for providing same. The system can comprise a pooling account, a first entity, and at least one second entity. The first entity can have an interest in an intellectual property, and can transfer at least a portion of such interest into the pooling account. The second entity can contribute consideration into the pooling account. In return for the consideration from the second entity, a commensurate fractional interest in the intellectual property can be associated with the second entity.

Abstract: A system of fractional ownership of intellectual property, allowing individuals or entities to contribute for the benefit of an entity owning intellectual property, and in return, granting these individuals or entities certain rights to the intellectual property. Use of the present invention creates an accurate valuation of the intellectual property, while generating income for the entity owning the intellectual property and granting limited benefits of ownership to the contributors.
