Abstract: In a method and user interface for the presentation of multiple image data sets within the scope of a comparative evaluation, a determination is made of at least three organization parameters that describe a sorting of images within an image data set and/or across image data sets, at least one organization parameter is associated with at least one dimension of a three-dimensional matrix, which one dimension is associated with a spatial direction, the images of the image data sets are arranged in the three-dimensional matrix according to the sorting, using the organization parameters and the dimensions, and at least a portion of the images is shown on a presentation device according to their arrangement in the three-dimensional matrix and the spatial directions.

Abstract: In a method and device to show two different images (determined from a first image data set and a second image data set) of at least one imaging modality (in particular a medical imaging modality), the images can be presented together on a display device with a presentation area as a fusion image or as individual images. A detection arrangement associated with the display device detects a movement of at least one finger of a user on the or in the immediate proximity of the presentation area or a contact of the presentation area and, depending on the detection, produces a change of the presentation of the fusion image, or changes between an individual image presentation and fusion image presentation or between two individual image presentations.

Abstract: In a magnetic resonance-assisted biopsy method for a biopsy examination, using magnetic resonance measurement executed by a magnetic resonance measurement unit and a biopsy unit and a computer console, the computer console is located separately from the magnetic resonance measurement unit, the following steps are implemented: a preparation step to position a patient on a patient bed, a measurement step to acquire a magnetic resonance measurement of a region of the patient that is relevant to the biopsy examination, a planning step to plan a sample extraction, a biopsy step for a sample extraction from the region of the patient that is relevant to the biopsy examination. The operator is guided through the preparation step and/or the measurement step and/or the planning step and/or the biopsy step in a computer-controlled manner.

Abstract: A method and associated apparatus for generating magnetic resonance images of a subject with a magnetic resonance apparatus on the basis of a sequence in the framework of an examination of the subject contains the following steps: the magnetic resonance apparatus is supplied with subject-specific and/or examination-specific parameters, and the magnetic resonance apparatus determines optimum settings and/or setting ranges of sequence parameters for a combination of the supplied subject-specific and/or examination-specific parameters for generating magnetic resonance images.
