  • Publication number: 20060265842
Abstract: A closure assembly includes a slider for opening and/or closing an elongate closure mechanism including a pair of opposing closure members. The slider includes a first separator finger and a second separator finger, each of which is articulably connected to a hinge member. The first and second separator fingers extend between the closure members and may be articulated between a closing position, in which the separator fingers are adjacent each other, and an opening position, in which the separator fingers are laterally spaced from each other. In the opening position, the separator fingers urge the members apart. Closing bars and retention members may also be included to facilitate re-closing the closure members and retaining the slider in an operative position thereon.

  • Patent number: 6742951
Abstract: A cleaning implement provides a spray head for a cleanser spray bottle. It also mounts on its forehead a removable cleaning pad. The spray head threads onto a conventional spray bottle. The cleaning pad is mounted immediately above the spray outlet. It has a slot to engage the spray head. There can be a living hinge to allow the pad to flex, and the forehead can be rounded to permit the pad to rotate on the spray head without being removed to change orientations. A single hand can be used to spray and rub a hard surface, without the need for a spray bottle to be put down while wiping the surface.

  • Patent number: 6364101
Abstract: A dispenser of moist wipes, towelettes, or liquid impregnated fibrous tissues, comprising a container, a lid having an orifice therein for withdrawal of the wipes, and a cap over the orifice to prevent evaporation of liquid from the container. The wipes may be placed in the container in roll form, and withdrawn sequentially and individually by pulling through the orifice and tearing apart at perforations between the wipes. The lid is removably attached by a snap fit to the container, and the lower edge of the lid is protected by an outwardly extending circumferential protrusion on the vertical side of the container adjacent the lower edge of the lid, so as to inhibit accidental removal of the lid. An opening is provided in the protrusion to permit removal of the lid as desired.
