Abstract: A device, a system and a method for selectively applying pressure to at least one body part of a user. The device includes a frame, a plurality of pins, an actuator means, and a controller. The actuator means preferably includes a mold and at least one motor in communication with the mold. The system includes the device and a software application usable on an external device and configured for communication with the controller. The device applies pressure to at least one body part of a user and in doing so, prevents, or at least substantially prevents, ulcerous wounds from forming; particularly in users with little to no mobility, whether acute or chronic.
