    Abstract: An orbital implant device for implantation into the orbit, particularly for children. The orbital implant device comprises a substantially rigid sphere having a self-sealing infusion site, and an integral expandable balloon overlying the posterior position of the sphere which is in communication with the self-sealing infusion site to permit increasing the effective size of the orbital implant device as the child's bone structure increases in size.
