    Abstract: An article of clothing for use with a thermal packet for effecting a heat transfer between the packet and the body of a user of the article of clothing that includes a torso enveloping portion conforming to the body of the user. The torso enveloping portion has an upper torso component including arm-receiving portions and a lower torso component including leg-receiving portions. A plurality of pockets are affixed to the exterior of the article of clothing. Each pocket has an inner wall integral with the torso enveloping portion and an outer wall. Each pocket is adapted to receive a thermal packet for effecting a hear transfer between the packet and the body of the user. The inner wall and the outer wall are in direct contact with the thermal packet. The upper torso component and the lower torso component may be separate pieces or joined.
