  • Patent number: 7845501
Abstract: A device to be mounted permanently or removably to the side wall of a rolling tool cart for the carrying of tools and other shop paraphernalia such as extension cords, solder rolls, masking tape, and hand tools. The device has a peripheral rectangular frame of four framing segments, which frame is integrated with and surrounds a forwardly raised portion with an inclined surround interposed there between. The panel has a series of rows and columns with ?-inch spaced bores for the conventional mounting of tools and other shop items. The top of the frame has a flange that fit over a lip of a rolling tool cart. Two legs, vertically adjustably mounted outside of the central portion on the side framing, each have a bottom flange to engage a downward depending edge of a tool cart side wall.

  • Patent number: 6810863
Abstract: A gas/air mixer assembly provides a Venturi metering system that may draw fuel from a zero governor, mix it with air to form a homogenous gas/air mixture for delivery to an internal combustion engine. The gas/air mixer assembly may also accept fuel under pressure from a gas metering valve or fuel injector for delivery to an internal combustion engine. The mixer includes an air horn, the relative position of which in relation to a shaped restriction body governs the air flow into the engine intake manifold. The flange of the air horn is configured to redirect the flow of air without generating significant turbulence, and providing a maximum velocity perpendicular flow to the injection of fuel to be mixed therein. The relative position of the air horn to the shaped restriction body is determined based on the cubic capacity and speed of the engine with which it is used.

  • Publication number: 20040205065
Abstract: A system for automatically creating and maintaining a database of information utilizing user opinions about subjects, particularly exceptional experiences. Described is an Internet system assisting/motivating a population of users interested in information about certain categories of subjects to automatically maintain the database content and to improve the usefulness and quality of the database information without any substantial management by the website owner-manager. The user opinions are primarily in the form of both comments and ratings about which natural-language terms best describe a particular subject, enabling user searches of the subject database to be by way of preferred such descriptive natural-language terms, which terms are further preferred to be evaluative and approving.

  • Patent number: 6318290
Abstract: An automatic bird feeder and waterer includes both a food and a water reservoir therein, as well as dispensing areas for food and water supplied from the respective reservoirs. The water reservoir comprises a generally cylindrical container installed concentrically through the generally cylindrical food reservoir. The water outlet or dispensing portion is laterally offset by an upturned elbow, which also serves as the lowermost point of the assembly. The feed dispensers may include partial covers to preclude the feeding of larger non-flying animals (squirrels, etc.) therefrom. The device is supported by a rigid support extending downwardly from the elbow. The support column may be anchored in a massive block (concrete, etc.), which may in turn be placed in a decorative container (flowerpot or the like). The entire assembly may be constructed substantially from prefabricated plumbing or pipe components, particularly those formed from polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastic material.
