    Abstract: A drive train for a wind-up injection device is described. The drive train includes a torsional energy storage adapted to be loaded or unloaded by a rotatable element, a rotatable user handle, a rotationally driveable expelling mechanism adapted to expel the liquid drug, and a clutch element coupled with the torsional energy storage via the rotatable element and including a ratchet for maintaining the rotatable element at one of a number of discrete angular positions against the torque of the torsional energy storage. The clutch element is adapted to transmit the torque from the user handle to the torsional energy storage, or alternatively from the torsional energy storage to the expelling mechanism. The ratchet is switchable from one position to an adjacent position by a torque transmitted from the user handle to the torsional energy storage. The drive train is adapted to dampen torque peaks visco-elastically and/or visco-frictionally.

A coke oven can be provided including an oven floor, coke, and clinker material deposited on the oven floor. After a temperature of the coke oven has reached a first temperature (e.g., after heating coal in the oven to produce coke), the method includes increasing the temperature of the coke oven to a second temperature that is higher than the first temperature for a predetermined amount of time. After the predetermined amount of time, the temperature is reduced to a third temperature that is lower than the first temperature.

    Abstract: A semiconductor device including a first dielectric layer and a second dielectric layer is formed by forming an inhibitor layer over a semiconductor material. The inhibitor layer includes at least silicon and nitrogen. The semiconductor material is heated in an oxygen-containing ambient which oxidizes the inhibitor layer and forms the first dielectric layer which includes the oxidized inhibitor layer, and oxidizes the semiconductor material to form the second dielectric layer. The second dielectric layer is thicker than, the first dielectric layer. The first dielectric layer and the second dielectric layer each include at least 90 weight percent silicon dioxide and less than 1 weight percent nitrogen. The first dielectric layer and the second dielectric layer may be used to form gate dielectric layers for a first MOS transistor and a second MOS transistor that operates at a higher voltage than the first MOS transistor.

The first and second layers of meltblown fibers are fed through opposed rollers to form combined meltblown layers comprising the first layer of meltblown fibers and the second layer of meltblown fibers. The combined meltblown layers are bonded together to produce a bonded multi-layer meltblown sheet. The bonded multi-layer meltblown sheet has a first outer exposed surface formed by contact of the first layer of meltblown fibers with the first moving surface, and a second outer exposed surface formed by contact of the second layer of meltblown fibers with the second moving surface.
