Abstract: Systems and methods for audio conferencing are described. At least one embodiment includes an audio-conferencing system comprising a web server configured to allow a host to select one or more individuals to receive invitations to participate in a conference call, the web server further configured to receive parameters associated with the conference call; an e-mail module configured to send e-mails to the one or more selected individuals, the e-mails configured to present an invitation to the one or more selected individuals to participate in the conference call, and wherein the e-mails include a link allowing the one or more individuals to click the link to accept the invitations to become participants; and a conference call server configured to receive a host identification from the host, the conference call server configured to receive a command from the web server to place calls to the one or more participants to initiate a conference call between the host and the participants.

The method includes comparing data contained in at least one field of each record of a first file to data in a related field of each record of a second file. A record is created in a temporary file for each occurrence of a match. The records of the temporary file contain the data from the matching records of the two files. Particular data is selected from the records of the temporary file according to user-specified conditions. The selected data is provided as output. The temporary file is thereafter deleted. In another embodiment of the invention, particular data is selected from the original files prior to inclusion in the temporary file. Associated systems are also provided.

Abstract: A melting tank for melting solder glass powders typically comprised of PbO and B2O3 and other minor ingredients. The tank contains surfaces exposed to the atmosphere and surfaces in contact with the molten solder glass. The surfaces of the tank that are in contact with the melt are comprised substantially entirely of iridium. Preferably, the surfaces exposed to the atmosphere contain a coating thereon of a metal or metal oxide such as palladium, ruthenium, rhodium, aluminum oxide, calcium oxide, cerium dioxide, dichromium oxide, hafnium dioxide, magnesium oxide, silicon dioxide, thorium dioxide, zirconia, mullite, magnesia spinel or zircon. It is also preferred that the cavity of the tank have a generally circular shape. The melting tank may be readily fabricated by wrought metallurgical processes or by electroforming.

Abstract: This new and distinct variety of hybrid dessert banana plant has both Musa acuminata and Musa balbisiana in its pedigree. Its Latin name is Musa acuminata×balbisiana group AABB. AA representing two genomes of M. acuminata and BB representing two genomes of M. balbisiana. It has the following unique combination of desirable features: 1. A high level of resistance to Mycosphaerella fijiensis, causal fungus of the black Sigatoka (black leaf streak) disease. 2. A tall plant height. 3. A strong root system that makes it a hardy plant resistant to strong winds or weevil attach (corm borer Cosmopolites sordidus). 4. Fruit bunch sizes that are frequently greater than 20 kg. 5. Ripe fruit has a very good taste, flavor and texture.
