Tb and Tn are related by 1.0?Tb/Tn?1.5 or just <1.5. The ratio of the minimum thickness of the body to the neck thickness is between about 1.0 and about 1.5. The ratio of Tb to Tn includes, and/or the minimum thickness of the body to the neck thickness includes, but is not limited to, ratios of 1.00, 1.05, 1.10, 1.15, 1.20, 1.25, 1.30, 1.35, 1.40, 1.45, and 1.50.
