Techniques are also provided herein for establishing on a network an enriched presence by a network management server that is configured to perform a management function via a presence function of a messaging and presence protocol.

The plurality of swirler vanes are positioned between the back plate and the front plate and spaced circumferentially about the mixing zone. Each of the plurality of swirler vanes direct air obliquely into the mixing zone. The at least one outlet is defined within at least one of the nozzle body and the plurality of swirler vanes, the at least one outlet configured to inject fuel into said mixing zone.

A weld generated on the second surface joins the first component with the second component at the interface such that the assembly is formed. The subject weld may be a friction-stir type of a weld. The subject welded assembly may be a vehicle bumper support. A method of forming such a welded assembly is also disclosed.
