The body comprises a leading body portion that defines the leading end, and a trailing body portion that defines the trailing end. The inlay is positionable within the cannulation of at least one of the leading body portion and the trailing body portion. The inlay includes an engagement member configured to engage the body to removably lock the inlay within the cannulation of the body.
