Abstract: The present invention is directed to a tire comprising a tread, at least one carcass ply, a pair of bead portions, a pair of sidewalls, wherein each sidewall of the pair of sidewalls extends between the tread and a respective bead portion of the pair of bead portions. At least one sidewall of the pair of sidewalls comprises a first circumferential sidewall layer and a second circumferential sidewall layer extending along an axially inner side of the first sidewall layer, between the first sidewall layer and an adjacent carcass ply.
