  • Publication number: 20180103819
Abstract: An identification/extension system comprises a kit for marking an instrument with distinguishing indicia. The kit includes at least one substantially cylindrical elastic band having distinguishing indicia thereon, and a collar member adapted for releasable attachment to an instrument and having an inner surface and an outer surface. • Patent number: 9795268
Abstract: A handle apparatus includes a substantially elongate cylindrical section, a bulbous top section formed at the top of the elongate cylindrical section, and a flange section formed proximate the bottom of the cylindrical section. A trigger can be positioned within a recess formed in the elongate cylindrical section. The flange can extend outwardly from the elongate cylindrical section a greater distance than the trigger to prevent damage to the trigger if the handle falls to the ground. The bulbous section can have an oblate spheroid shape, and a gripping band that provides a comfortable grip to the user and helps prevent the handle from slipping when leaned against a wall. The handle can be utilized on a cleaning implement, such as a liquid dispensing mop.

  • Patent number: 8834053
Abstract: A mop comprises a mop head and a handle connected to the mop head at a pivot. The mop head and handle have a front and a back. A fluid reservoir for spraying a fluid at the front of the mop head. A trigger is disposed on the handle remote from the mop head, where the trigger controls the spraying of the fluid from the reservoir. The trigger is movable between a non-actuated position and an actuated position where the trigger moves toward the back as it moves from the non-actuated position to the actuated position. A method of using the mop is also provided.

  • Patent number: 8082620
Abstract: A mop bucket includes a fluid reservoir portion and a wringing portion. The fluid reservoir portion can hold fluid. The wringing portion includes a first wringing member and a second wringing member, which is moveable toward the first wringing member to wring fluid from a mop. The wringing portion further includes a linkage configured to move the second wringing member in response to actuation of a wringer handle. The linkage includes a first link extending from and pivotable relative to the second wringing member and a second link connected to the first link and having an axis that is fixed at an angle relative to an axis of the wringer handle. The second wringing member can include an integrally formed shaft about which the second wringing member rotates. A first retaining surface of the first wringing member can engage the shaft to hold the shaft at a pivot axis.
