  • Patent number: 10162630
Abstract: A configuration package receives user-generated input that configures a decision service to generate decision data. The configuration package includes artifacts and the user-generated input selects the artifacts from an artifact library in a configuration database. A configured decision service is generated, where the generating includes receiving, by a decision service factory, the configuration package. Also, the decision service factory receives a decision template including configurable decision elements and non-configurable decision elements. Further, the decision service factory receives a user configuration specifying a parameter in the corresponding artifact. The artifact from the configuration package, the user configuration and the decision template are combined to generate the configured decision service. The configured decision service receives, from a client computer, input for each of the configurable decision elements.

  • Patent number: 10140312
Abstract: A low latency metadata subsystem for file systems in low latency (LL) mode in a distributed file storage service (DFSS). An LL server (LLS) may receive metadata requests from an access node of the DFSS. For read operations, the LLS may check a local cache of metadata and, for cache hits, retrieve the metadata from the cache. For cache misses, the metadata may be fetched from the storage subsystem of the DFSS and cached. For write operations, the LLS may write entries into a journal for the file system and notify the access node after the journal entries are committed to the journal; the journal entries are asynchronously committed in the storage subsystem. The access node may communicate with the storage subsystem to perform data reads and writes for the LL file system.

  • Patent number: 10141156
Abstract: Methods and systems for performing measurements of multiple die with an array of electron beam columns are presented herein. The wafer is scanned in a direction parallel to the die rows disposed on the wafer. The electron beam measurement columns are spatially separated in a column alignment direction. The wafer is scanned in a direction that is oriented at an oblique angle with respect to the column alignment direction such that each electron beam column measures the same row of die features on different die during the same wafer pass. The wafer is oriented with respect to the array of electron beam columns by rotating the wafer, rotating the electron beam columns, or both. In further aspects, each measurement beam is deflected to correct alignment errors between each column and the corresponding die row to be measured and to correct wafer positioning errors reported by the wafer positioning system.

  • Patent number: 10126247
Abstract: An inspection system for inspecting rubber crumb includes a conveyor, lighting, a camera, and a controller. The conveyor is used to carry the rubber crumb. The lighting is positioned above the conveyor to illuminate the rubber crumb with at least 3,500 lumens. The camera is positioned adjacent to the lighting to take images of the illuminated rubber crumb in the lighted area. The controller receives the images from the camera and detects a contamination in the rubber crumb by determining whether there is a dark particle within the crumb. If a contamination is detected, it may be removed from the remaining rubber crumb.

  • Patent number: 10123212
Abstract: A dynamic spectrum access (DSA) radio communication device includes a plurality of signal classifier modules operating thereon, with each different classifier module able to classify a different radio signal type. A classifier scheduler module is provided to manage classifier use by selecting which classifiers to operate or not to operate and to manage the order that the classifiers are operated in. The communication device is configured to invoke policies that include control elements associated with adjusting the classifier scheduler module. The control elements associated with adjusting the classifier scheduler module tend to reduce the number of classifier cycles required to classify a radio signal. The device includes or can be provided with a plurality of different policies suitable for different radio environments and operating modes. Specifically, different policies may include different classifier control elements suitably matched to the present radio environment and/or operating mode.
