  • Patent number: 11013877
Abstract: A nasal seal, mask or an interface assembly have a seal body defining a breathing chamber. A nasal port is provided in the seal body. The nasal port has a central portion straddled by a pair of lateral portions. The nasal port further has an upper edge and a lower edge. The upper edge defines an inwardly projecting portion within the central portion. The lower edge defines an inwardly protection portion within the central portion. Thus, the nasal port can be generally bean-shaped or bowtie-shaped. The mask can include a frame having a central portion that supports the seal and a pair of arm portions that extend rearwardly of the seal and are configured to connect to headgear. The central portion can be more rigid than the arm portions. The mask can be configured to reduce noise transmitted through a bias flow vent.

  • Patent number: 11006523
Abstract: Circuit assemblies can be electrically interconnected by providing a circuit assembly having a top surface, a bottom surface, and a perimeter edge connecting the top and bottom surfaces, the perimeter edge being formed of insulative material and having a plurality of conductive features embedded in and exposed on the surface of the edge. The conductive features are arranged in contact sets, and each contact set is separated from adjacent contact sets by a portion of the perimeter edge that is free of conductive features. Each contact set includes conductive features that together form a distributed electrical connection to a single node. The insulative material is selectively removed to form recesses adjacent the conductive features exposing additional surface contact areas along lateral portions of the conductive features in the recesses.

  • Patent number: 10930116
Abstract: A lottery ticket dispenser array includes a plurality of separate bins, each bin having a housing with a back side. A circuit board fixed to the back side of the housing to supply power and control functions to the bin. The circuit boards of adjacent bins are rigidly interconnected via complimentary electronic connectors. At each bin, the circuit board is mounted to the back side of the housing with a defined relative degree of movement between the circuit board and the housing in at least a first direction. The rigidly interconnected circuit boards define a rigid structure and one or more of the bins are movable relative to the rigid structure such that the array absorbs misalignment, movement, and size variations between the bins without disconnection of the electronic connectors between the bins.

  • Patent number: 10672234
Abstract: A system and associated method are provided for dispensing lottery tickets at retail establishments. A lottery ticket terminal is in communication with a retail POS register and accepts a request for purchase of a particular lottery ticket selected from a plurality of different lottery tickets. A dispenser array is in communication with the terminal and includes a plurality of separate bins having a different respective lottery tickets stored. The lottery tickets have a machine readable code printed thereon and each bin includes a scanner disposed to read the code as the tickets are dispensed from the bin by an electronic drive mechanism. The lottery ticket terminal transmits a purchase signal for dispensing a particular lottery ticket that is routed to the respective bin containing the particular lottery ticket. The bin transmits a signal that is routed to a central lottery server for each lottery ticket dispensed from the bin, the signal identifying the lottery ticket from the scanned code.
