  • Patent number: 9782016
Abstract: A bedding climate control apparatus that delivers, in a quiet manner, forced airflow from a fan/blower within a housing to selectively deliver tempered (heated via a thermal element) and untempered (room temperature) air through a flexible hose to bedding. The quiet manner is attained with acoustic foam in the path of incoming airflow to the fan/blower and by oversizing each of the components that create a pressure drop including the capacity of the fan/blower over what is needed to deliver a required amount of airflow. Temperature may be set remotely via a wireless remote control and via a Bluetooth enabled device.

  • Patent number: 9723932
Abstract: A mattress mount unit that grasps a periphery of an air hose and that clips onto a bed sheet to prevent relative movement of the hose with respect to the bed sheet and that has a mattress mount base the lies beneath a mattress. The separation distance between the grip and the mattress mount base is defined by a plurality of height extension links that snap lock with each other, but which can be released from the snap lock position to remove or add height extension links as needed.

  • Publication number: 20150121619
Abstract: An apparatus for conditioning a volume of air is provided. The apparatus includes a housing having an electric heating element; a high-pressure variable-speed centrifugal blower for providing constant velocity air flow. The apparatus also includes a controller adaptable to control the electric heating element and the high pressure variable speed blower to raise the temperature within the zone by substantially 15 degrees, or more, in substantially 7 minutes or less. The apparatus also includes an air output flange for disposition between the zone and an air duct disposed between the housing and the air output flange.

  • Publication number: 20150122956
Abstract: A retention unit that grasps a periphery of a flexible hose and that clamps onto bed sheets to prevent relative movement of the hose and bed sheets where the grasping and clamping takes place. The retention unit includes a grasping portion, a fixing portion, a rising portion and a fixing portion. The rising portion may have at least two pieces mounted in a sliding manner to slide relative to each other so as to separate the grasping portion and the fixing portion from each other and different elevations. The two pieces may be slid relative to each other and held against further relative movement by securing them. The fixing portion is positioned underneath a mattress.
