  • Publication number: 20260127693
Abstract: An incentivizing program has youth participants enrolling into a multi-stage, incentive-based program designed to encourage prosocial choices and avoidance of serious legal trouble. Each enrolled youth is issued a secure, restricted use, handheld program device configured to present interactive missions covering a wide range of life-lesson content. Progression through age- or stage-based missions is tracked and logged on a per-participant basis, with completion events and compliance with program requirements triggering deposits into a restricted-use success account or trust. In certain embodiments, the handheld program device collects multi-modal signals indicative of a participant's state during missions and communicates summarized results to a resilience scoring service that computes a resilience score in view of contextual risk indicators.

  • Patent number: 12534071
Abstract: A safety guard is configured to extend below a body of a vehicle for engaging animate and inanimate objects in order to prevent the objects from going under the vehicle. A detection system is provided, including a plurality of sensors configured to sense objects about the vehicle, and a controller for analyzing for the possibility of at least an animate object going under the vehicle. The analysis can result in repositioning of the safety guard from a raised, retracted position during normal operation of the vehicle to a lowered, deployed position in establishing a physical barrier spaced from a road surface a distance which prevents animate objects from entering under the vehicle. The analysis can also result in the issuance of an audible or visual warning and/or the automatic control of at least one other vehicle control system.

  • Publication number: 20240205659
Abstract: A specialized vehicle is provided to assist conflict resolution personnel in controlling unique incidents involving a mentally challenged, drug controlled, handicapped or other incapacitated, irrational or unpredictable individual. The vehicle is specially designed and equipped to provide a controlled environment where the individual can be directly dealt with in a calming and soothing manner, while also monitoring a control perimeter about the vehicle and communicating with people outside the vehicle about a particular incident, thereby assisting in de-escalating a potentially volatile situation. In association with de-escalating, one or more computer and/or cellphone app portals are established to provide people with incident related information.

  • Publication number: 20240086847
Abstract: An inventor directory system is configured to store information about one or more inventors having one or more prior patents in their name, information about one or more clients and information about one or more projects. Each project represents a problem to which one or more solutions is desired by a particular client, while an inventor is an entity who is qualified and willing to help solve a problem. Each inventor is vetted, such that a particular level of expertise in one or more given fields is attributed to the inventor. The system links, such as through a computer app, a given client with one or more of the vetted inventors based on the expertise of the inventor(s) and the problem of the client. The system provides for establishing a communication link between the client and the inventor(s) in discussing the project and/or conducting a transaction between the parties.
