  • Patent number: 10342772
Abstract: Processes are disclosed for obtaining a lipid from a cell by lysing the cell to form a lysed cell composition, adding an acid to lower the pH of the lysed cell composition, and demulsify the lysed cell composition, and obtaining the lipid from the demulsified lysed cell composition. Also disclosed are lipids prepared by the processes of the present invention wherein the lipids have a particular anisidine value, peroxide value, and/or phosphorus content.

  • Publication number: 20070246235
Abstract: A tube over tube joint for an implement frame includes a self-fixturing weldable connector positioned between upper and lower tubes. Standard fillet welds connect the tubes to the connector. A unitary casting can be used made from material selected to optimize load transfer between the top and bottom tubes to improve the fatigue life of the joint. The casting is self-fixturing so the top tubes can be located by simply placing in the casting on the lower tubes. A tube end connector provides fixturing and weld surfaces for butt joints in planar frames. Outwardly extended weld edges on the connector increase resistance to parallelogramming.

  • Publication number: 20050001078
Abstract: An agricultural sprayer includes tubular main frame rails supporting tank and plumbing structure. A tank port is located between the rails with a substantial portion of the plumbing structure supported between the rails and between the upper and lower planes of the rails for protection and a neat appearance. The upright walls of the rails include round holes reinforced with round tube secured to the walls to seal the wall and prevent contaminants from entering the rails. The round tube is split to allow torsional frame flexibility while preventing high stress at the round tube sidewall connections. A straight horizontal fluid line path between the port and a location outside the frame is provided through the round tube to limit line length, eliminate elbows, improve appearance, improve cleanout functions and facilitate a low mounting of the tank on the frame.
