  • Patent number: 10961732
Abstract: A safe, time-saving, and effective way to repair abandon core holes in concrete slabs in buildings with multiple floors. The kit allows repairs to be performed from above the slab, rather than solely from below. It saves workers time and frustration while also lowering overtime costs for a greater return. The device holds poured cement in place with metal disks, rather than combustible materials, fiberglass insulation, or other makeshift materials, for maximum safety. The present invention uses a wire to secure plugs in cores, effectively preventing the plugs from falling out. Concrete penetration patch kit includes a concrete penetration patch kit is used by contractors to repair abandon core holes in concrete slabs. This innovative product is a concrete patch kit for use when patching any abandoned slab penetrations, including electrical, plumbing, and floor cores in concrete.

  • Patent number: 10645593
Abstract: A system for determining and optimizing wireless network performance of a network having at least two access points comprises a plurality of wireless instruments configured to send, receive, and measure received wireless signals in a monitored area. The system further comprises a master controller in communication with the wireless instruments to form a distributed wireless network testing solution. The master controller is configured to send wireless signals to and receive wireless signals from the wireless instruments, measure the received wireless signals, and perform an analysis of the wireless signals to determine a radio frequency environment performance of the distributed wireless network based at least in part on the wireless signals.

  • Publication number: 20060176944
Abstract: A system for generating two signals whose frequencies remain a desired difference from each other while the frequencies for both of the electromagnetic signals vary through multiple ranges of output frequencies. The system includes first, second, and third tunable synthesizers, and a first and second mixers. The first tunable synthesizer produces signals varied through a range of frequencies, while the second and third a first and second fixed signals each having a first frequency. The first mixer receives the signals from the first and second tunable synthesizers, combines the signals to generate a first set of output signals having a first range of output frequencies. The second mixer receives the signals from the first and third tunable synthesizers, combines the signals to generate a second set of output signals having a second range of output frequencies, the first and second range of output frequencies differing by a desired difference.

  • Publication number: 20050268183
Abstract: A device for certifying a local area network is provided. The device includes a measurement component to generate test signals for transmission over the local area network. The measurement component is operable to receive and measure test signals transmitted over the local area network. The device includes a network adapter having a first portion coupleable to communicate with the local area network and a second portion operable to communicate with the measurement component. The network adapter communicates signals received from the local area network to the measurement component. The device also includes a portable computing device, such as a personal digital assistant, communicatively coupleable to the measurement component to analyze signals received from the measurement device to certify the local area network. The signals sent from the measurement component are based on measurements taken by the measurement component of test signals received from the local area network.

  • Publication number: 20050134289
Abstract: A measurement connector for connecting a device to testing network cabling is provided. The device includes a device housing having a coupling portion and a test module retained by the device housing and having circuitry to promote testing of a channel of the network cabling. A biased connector extends from the device housing and communicates with the circuitry of the test module. An adapter housing is configured to couple with the coupling portion of the device housing. A mating portion promotes connection to the network cabling and is coupled to the adapter housing. A contact communicates with the mating portion and is coupled to the adapter housing such that the biased connector contacts the contact when the adapter housing is coupled to the device housing.
