    Abstract: A tool case includes a body having a base and a pivotal lid, forming a storage space therein. A pair of panels is located in the storage space when the lid is closed. The first panel and the second panel are pivotally connected to each other at a common hinged edge, the pair of panels being movable between a stowed position in relation to the body, and an expanded position in relation to the body, such that in the expanded position at least one surface of each of the first and second panel are accessible. The first panel further comprises at least one unfixed edge and the second panel further comprises at least one fixed edge pivotally connected to the body. In the stowed position, the unfixed edge is substantially proximate to the fixed edge. In the expanded position, the unfixed edge is substantially distant from the fixed edge.

    Abstract: A container includes a peripheral wall having a first side, a second side, and a third side formed from a single sheet of metal material. The sheet of metal material has opposite first and second connecting ends. A plastic connector is connected to the first connecting end and the second connecting end of the sheet metal, and a plastic bottom is connected with a bottom end of the peripheral wall. Another aspect provides a container that includes a sheet of metal having a louver formed therein and a plastic structure having opposing surfaces that define a receiving space therebetween. At least one of the surfaces has a projection thereon and the louver are received within the receiving space. An edge of the louver engages with the projection to prevent the louver from being removed from the receiving space.

The latch member is pivotally movable in a clockwise and counterclockwise manner. The latch member can be pivoted upwards to the second position to engage the other container and the latch member can be pivoted downwards to the first position to engage the retaining member to inhibit movement of the latch member away from the first position.

The latch assembly includes a single latch handle carried by the lid portion, a latch comprising spaced latch portions, the spaced latch portions being moveable together between a latched position and a released position, the latch portions respectively being on opposite sides of the latch handle. The latch portions are engageable with latch engaging portions of the container portion. A spring biases the spaced latch portions toward the latched position. The latch handle can be moved to effect movement of the latch portions from the latched position to the released position.
