    Abstract: An applicator for applying a substance to a body has a first portion and a second portion. A perforation line extends circumferentially around the applicator and separates the first portion and the second portion. A web is contained within the applicator. The web is attached to the first portion and the second portion, such that when the applicator is ruptured, the web may be used to apply the substance to the body by grasping the first portion and the second portion and manipulating the web on the body.
