The actuator housing includes a cavity having a first opening. The cavity is configured to receive the buffer. When the buffer is installed in the cavity, the center portion of the buffer abuts an interior surface of the cavity and the first side portion of the buffer extends through the first opening into a hollow interior of the actuator housing.
