Abstract: The present invention relates to a dynamic seller-controlled auction method, system and apparatus for selling products or services prior to, at, or after product launch, including when such product or service is otherwise in short supply. The auction allows participants to bid on a set of items during a specified time period. Participants can bid to reserve a particular item; however, if a higher bid is placed the reservation for such item will transfer to the higher bidder.
