Abstract: A multi-tiered shelf system is provided. The multi-tiered shelf system includes a base, a lower shelf, an upper shelf and a mast. The base is configured to support the multi-tiered shelf system on a surface. The upper shelf is located a first distance from the surface. The mast extends between the lower shelf and the upper shelf. At least one of the upper and lower shelves is configured to be rotatable relative to the base and configured to separate into a plurality of shelf sections. At least one of the shelf sections is movable to a second distance from the surface.

Abstract: A corn removal device including a housing constructed to be held by a user's hand and adapted to be moved along a surface of an ear of corn. The housing defines a cavity and an opening that accesses the cavity. The corn removal device also includes a blade attached to the housing adjacent to the opening. The blade is adapted to remove corn kernels from the surface of the ear of corn and guide the corn kernels through the opening and into the cavity for storage.

Abstract: A cutlery tray having a peripheral wall adjoined to a bottom surface, fixed compartments defined by at least a portion of the peripheral wall, an additional wall section and the bottom surface, divider position slots within the fixed compartment, and a removable divider configured to engage and be retained within the fixed compartment at a divider position slot, is disclosed. The removable divider separates utensils within the fixed compartment. A series of divider position slots within at the fixed compartment allow the removable divider to be retained at a plurality of positions. Further, an expandable compartment defined by a second peripheral wall and a second bottom surface which extends from beneath the first peripheral wall and first bottom surface may also be provided. The expandable compartment may include a permanent knife block and, optionally, a removable knife block which attaches to the permanent knife block.

Abstract: A vessel has a body defining a storage unit and a spout communicating with the storage unit, a spout closure coupled to the body at a first coupling location for movement between open and closed positions, a handle having a front end movably coupled to the spout closure at a second coupling location and a rear end spaced from the body, and support structure fixed to the body and movably supporting the rear end of the handle at a third coupling location, the coupling locations being arranged so that the spout closure is unresponsive to a vertical lifting force exerted on the handle, but opens in response to a tipping force exerted on the handle by a user's hand.
