    Abstract: A method for producing a duty gear container comprising applying a lining material around a core having a shape of an object to be held in the duty gear container, placing the wrapped core within a cavity of a mold sized to form a void between the wrapped core and an outer mold surface of the mold, and injecting a liquid polymeric molding material into the void to form an outer shell of the duty gear container which bonds with the lining material as the molding material of the outer shell cures or hardens in the mold.
