Abstract: A dumbbell supporting device comprises a cradle for supporting a dumbbell therein and a frame adjustably supporting the cradle thereon at a selected one of various heights above the ground. A worm gear driven lift mechanism safely raises the dumbbells from ground level to the user's desired starting position for the exercise they are performing. The device eliminates the need for unnecessary lifting, making for a safer and more efficient workout.
