  • Patent number: 12328477
Abstract: System and methods are described to determining a recommendation for a user based on changes in objects detected on a network-connected surface. The system receives, from the network-connected surface, a plurality of object identifiers for a plurality of physically inanimate objects of different types detected on the network-connected surface, wherein the object identifiers indicate a positioning of each object; determines, based on the object identifiers, a first arrangement of the plurality of physically inanimate objects; detects one or more changes in the plurality of object identifiers, wherein the one or more changes correspond to one or more changes in positioning from the first arrangement; in response to detecting the one or more changes, determines a second arrangement of the plurality of physically inanimate objects; and generates a content recommendation based on the second arrangement.

  • Publication number: 20250180368
Abstract: A route optimization system for a battery electric vehicle (BEV) includes a controller programmed to perform the following operations. Determine a navigational route to a destination. Determine a predicted intelligent energy consumption of the BEV based on a set of vehicle operating conditions. Determine a trip estimated energy consumption based on the navigational route and the predicted intelligent energy consumption. If the trip estimated energy consumption is greater than a remaining energy in the high voltage battery, determine an electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) charging location along the navigational route. Determine an updated trip estimated energy consumption that accounts for addition of the EVSE charging location to the navigational route. Propose, to the user, an updated navigational route including the EVSE charging location if the remaining energy in the high voltage battery is sufficient to account for the addition of the EVSE charging location to the navigational route.

  • Publication number: 20250174872
Abstract: An AMC antenna apparatus includes a ground plane and a flexible antenna element layer above the ground plane. The ground plane includes a conductive base surface, a plurality of flexible conductors, and a frequency selective surface (FSS) layer above the base surface, where the FSS layer includes a plurality of conductive patches separated from one another. Each of the flexible conductors electrically connects one of the conductive patches to the base surface. A latch mechanism is arranged between the base layer and the FSS layer. An inflatable bladder system between the base layer and the FSS layer is configured to receive a gas input during deployment of the antenna apparatus and inflate to produce force sufficient to cause the latch mechanism to transition from an unlatched state to a latched state in which the conductive base surface is fixedly separated from the FSS layer at a predetermined distance.

  • Publication number: 20250168128
Abstract: Systems and methods are described for using opportunistically delayed delivery of content to address sub-optimal bandwidth resource usage in network infrastructures that allow subscribers to share forward link resources. According to some embodiments, content is identified as delayable and assigned to a delaycast queue and/or service flow. For example, a server system of a satellite communications system identifies content that can be delayed to exploit future excess link capacity through multicasting and to exploit subscriber-side storage resources. Some implementations attempt to exploit any excess link resources at any time, while others exploit unused bandwidth only during certain times or when a certain threshold of resources is available. Various embodiments also provide content scoring and/or other prioritization techniques for optimizing exploitation of the delaycast queue.

  • Publication number: 20250154864
Abstract: Systems and methods may initiate the testing process to measure contaminants in the water, for example, by adding the tracer solution (e.g., as a gas) to a water system absent releasing the tracer solution into the surrounding environment during the testing process, then removing the tracer solution to a container after the testing process is complete. The amount of tracer solution that remains in the water system can be compared with a predicted concentration value determined by a model. In some examples, an action may be initiated based on the difference between the measured value and the predicted value.

  • Publication number: 20250157514
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for memory traffic monitoring are described. The monitoring may include traffic monitoring of access operations performed at various components of the memory device, or may include sensors that may measure parameters of components of the memory device to detect wear. The traffic monitoring or the parameters measured by the sensors may be represented by a characteristic related to an operational bias of circuits of the memory device. The memory device may use the characteristic (e.g., along with a threshold) to determine whether to adjust a parameter associated with performing access operations received by the memory device, in order to implement a corrective action.
