Abstract: A furniture accessory kit is designed to support portable computers in office partition systems of the type having slat wall panels on which detachable office amenities, such as paper trays, etc. can be hung. A horizontal shelf accessory supports a portable computer thereon, and includes a connector that detachably mounts the shelf to an associated slat wall panel in a cantilevered horizontal orientation. The shelf has a wire trough to mange wiring associated with the portable computer. A sleeve-shaped accessory unit with a hollow interior for retaining computer accessories therein is configured to be hung on the slat wall panel directly above the shelf. A wire management device to retain wires associated with the portable computer is configured to be hung on the slat wall panel near the shelf and the accessory unit. A security devices for securing the portable computer to the slat wall and which is configured to be hung on the slat wall panel near the shelf and the accessory unit.

Abstract: A platform assembly for supporting a portable computer. The platform assembly includes a support member having an outer perimeter and a plurality of engagement features spaced inwardly of the perimeter. The support member defines a support surface configured to provide weight bearing support to a portable computer. The platform assembly also includes a plurality of securing devices, each of the securing devices having fastening members releasably securably engagable with a selected one of the engagement features. Each of the securing devices has a clamping surface adapted to engage a portable computer, and the clamping surface is positionable to bear against a portable computer with a clamping force directed generally towards the support surface.

Abstract: A privacy screen assembly for work spaces of the type having spaced-apart partition panels forming an opening for user ingress and egress therethrough. The privacy screen assembly includes a privacy screen defining a lower edge, and at least one roller mounted adjacent the lower edge for movably supporting the privacy screen on a trackless floor surface. An attachment member is configured to movably interconnect the privacy screen with a first partition panel. The attachment member positions the privacy screen in an offset position relative to the first partition panel. The privacy screen is movable between an open position wherein the privacy screen is disposed alongside at least a portion of the first partition panel, and a closed position wherein the privacy screen closes off at least a substantial portion of the opening.

Abstract: A pharmaceutical cart for retaining a plurality of dispensing bins on shelves is provided with cooperating horizontal and vertical locking bars to provide easy access to each of the individual bins and a simplified locking mechanism which prevents bins from being removed when in a locked position. The cart is equipped with a plurality of cassettes, each having a pair of spaced-apart parallel shelves, and a plurality of dispensing bins disposed side-by-side on the shelves and slidably removable from the front of the cart. The horizontally extending locking bar, which has an elongated cross section, extends frontally to the lower part of bins on the upper shelf and the upper part of bins on the lower shelf. The locking bar is pivotally attached to the walls of the cassette and may be rotated to a horizontal position for removal of individual ones of the bins.
