  • Publication number: 20240290162
Abstract: A dispensing unit for personal care products and personal protective equipment includes one or more dispensing assemblies contained within a single housing. The dispensing unit may contain dispensing assemblies that independently dispense two different types of products. Each dispensing assembly includes an actuator that mechanically injects a time delay between dispensings. Products are bundled together with support structures that are removed when the bundles are placed into a dispensing assembly.

  • Patent number: 11491500
Abstract: A portable chemical dispenser for dispensing a chemical with a diluent includes a valve housing having a valve with an opened position and a closed position, an eductor housing coupled to the valve housing and including one or more eductors, and a nozzle coupled to the eductor housing and configured to direct the flow of a chemical solution to a receptacle, wherein the joint between the valve housing and the eductor housing permits relative rotations between the two housings. The portable chemical dispenser may also be devoid of metering elements that control the dosing of the chemical. A method of using the portable chemical dispenser is also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20220016584
Abstract: An eductor for mixing a diluent with a chemical. The educator includes an eductor body having a nozzle section with an inlet portion and an air gap portion, the inlet portion configured to couple to a diluent source and the air gap portion open to the atmosphere, and a venturi section coupled to the nozzle section. The nozzle section and venturi section may be connected by a swivel joint. The venturi section includes a venturi configured to couple to a chemical source for drawing chemical into the venturi with the flow of diluent through the venturi. A nozzle assembly positioned in the nozzle section of the eductor body. The nozzle assembly is selected from a plurality of nozzle assemblies each configured to be positioned in the nozzle section and operable with the eductor body, and each corresponding to a different volume flow rate through the eductor.

  • Patent number: 8813789
Abstract: A proportioning dispenser of concentrated chemical mixed in a diluent such as water includes a water valve, an in-line water pressure regulator downstream of the valve and an eductor downstream of the regulator. When the valve is open, water flows to the regulator, and a pressure regulator water flow passes to the eductor. When the valve is closed, no water flows to the regulator, which sees pressurized water only when the water valve is open during a dispensing cycle. More accurate dilution ratios are achieved over a wide range of incoming water line pressures. In an alternate embodiment, a water valve and a regulator are formed in a common housing with the regulator operationally downstream of the valve.
