In one embodiment two layers or sections are connected together. Nozzles are provided on a housing portion that is adapted to connect preferably by being form fitted onto the container to dispense fluid, drops or foam.

Flaps located on said top layer and in registration with fluid or foam containers to located on said second level so that when each flap is pressed downward it exerts pressure on tis respective fluid or foam container to dispense fluid or foam from a nozzle.
