Abstract: A multi-component bit for a rotational cutting tool such as a router or shaper; the bit having adjustable blades, thereby enabling repositioning of worn cutting blades, thus compensating for cutting edge wear to maintain a reproducible depth of cut, and having replaceable blades, thereby enabling removal of damaged or chipped blades and substitution with a clean, sharp edge, thereby preventing the total loss of a bit and extending the life thereof.
