  • Publication number: 20240378336
Abstract: Systems, methods, and media for crowdsourcing engineering designs for industrial control products. The method includes receiving orders for a first industrial control product including a first option pack that is a first variation to a base design and a second industrial control product including a second option pack that is a second variation to the base design, receiving engineering design files for the first option pack and engineering design files for the second option pack, and storing the engineering design files in an industrial design library. The method further includes receiving a third order for a third industrial control product including the first and second option packs, automatically generating engineering design files for the third industrial control product using the engineering design files for the first option pack and the second option pack and providing the engineering design files for the third industrial control product to a manufacturing system.

  • Publication number: 20240242290
Abstract: Method and systems generate optimized and online targeted messages. Various campaign criteria are provided having different advertising or marketing goals that cause the delivery of targeted messages. Messages may be generated based upon customer data, customer preferences, life events, marketing campaigns, predictive models, and/or propensity scores. For instance, messages may be sent when a propensity threshold score is exceeded indicating a high likelihood of a milestone event, which may be indicative of customer behavior or an event that is relevant to the campaign goal, thereby sending more relevant messages to customers. A milestone propensity score may be calculated using a predictive modeling algorithm having weighted data variables, which may include data provided by the customer or accessed through various sources, such as monitoring customer online interactions with their permission.

  • Patent number: 5561760
Abstract: A system for the automated isolation and report of a Field Replaceable Unit (FRU) and/or a Replaceable Component (RC) responsive to a stream of Fault Symptom Code (FSCs) produced in response to a system fault. The process is entirely automated and can be stored in microcode to allow immediate updating of FSC to FRU/RC correspondences responsive to system design revisions. Selected FRU/RC isolation procedures are included in the FRUs/RCs for automatic execution as part of the isolation process. Failure probability data, including probability distribution data, are included in each FRU/RC to support an alternative weighted failure probability (WFP) isolation scheme to isolate a faulty FRU/RC even when the automated isolation procedures do not provide an unambiguous result.
