    Abstract: A material handling apparatus for handling and precisely positioning a workpiece which includes two clamping elements capable of being fixedly clamped to opposite flanged sides of the workpiece. The clamping elements are rotatably attached to the remainder of the apparatus in a manner which permits rotation of the workpiece about both horizontal and vertical axes. The workpiece may be fixed in a multiple of desired positions and freely rotated after release from fixed positions.
