  • Patent number: 11972488
Abstract: Method and systems generate optimized and online targeted messages. Various campaign criteria are provided having different advertising or marketing goals that cause the delivery of targeted messages. Messages may be generated based upon customer data, customer preferences, life events, marketing campaigns, predictive models, and/or propensity scores. For instance, messages may be sent when a propensity threshold score is exceeded indicating a high likelihood of a milestone event, which may be indicative of customer behavior or an event that is relevant to the campaign goal, thereby sending more relevant messages to customers. A milestone propensity score may be calculated using a predictive modeling algorithm having weighted data variables, which may include data provided by the customer or accessed through various sources, such as monitoring customer online interactions with their permission.

  • Patent number: 5121565
Abstract: A fishing tackle indicator includes a variable visual display of two or more kinds of indicia showing characteristics of fishing tackle used with a fishing rod, such as lure color and length of fish line deployed. Each kind of indicia may include its own linear display with an indicator manually slidable along the display to a position adjacent the indicia that describes the actual lure color or line length in use. The displays may also be combined on a common face plate with separate indicators running in tracks along opposite edges of the plate. The indicator apparatus may be combined with a spring biased clamp for easy attachment to a wide variety of objects or may be built into another piece of fishing equipment, such as a fishing rod holder.

  • Patent number: 4811310
Abstract: A transducer mounter comprises a portable housing adapted to have a wide variety of transducers fastened thereto. The housing is adjustable and releasably mounted to a boat transom by a suction cup and by an adapter that extends through the boat drain hole. The adapter and suction cup include resepective nuts that releasably hold the housing against the boat transom. Removing the nuts renders the housing and transducer portable as a unit. The present further includes a modified embodiment in which the housing is permanently mounted to the boat, but which, because of the housing design, permits adjustment of the transducer on the housing.

  • Patent number: 4697775
Abstract: In a fishing boat there is usually a shortage of space, and further in night fishing, a lantern is required. It is a purpose of this invention to disclose a boat gunwale attachment apparatus that is mounted over the gunwale and suitable for holding a lantern, for example, on the outboard side of a boat. This apparatus may fit in slots in a gunwale attachment or it may straddle the gunwale and boat sidewall, and held rigidly in place by a wing nut on assembly screw extending through outboard and inboard housing segments.
