    Abstract: Corner joints and methods of forming such joints using hollow frame members are described. The corner joints are manufactured using corner keys inserted into the ends of the frame members. In addition to holding the frame members together, one or more capillary break members protrude from the corner key so that the one or more capillary break members are located between the assembled frame members and the corner key forming the corner joint.
