  • Publication number: 20250132265
Abstract: Semiconductor devices, and related systems and methods, are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, the semiconductor device includes a first wafer having a front surface and a back surface opposite the front surface, and a second wafer having upper surface coupled to the back surface of the first wafer. The first wafer can also include one or more first alignment features. Each of the first alignment feature(s) can include a transparent material extending from the front surface to the back surface, thereby forming a window through the first wafer, allowing the location of conductive features on the front surface to be determined from the back surface using optical measurements. The second wafer can include one or more second alignment features that are positioned within a longitudinal footprint of a corresponding one of the first alignment features.

  • Publication number: 20250076874
Abstract: A system may receive a video stream from a camera of a vehicle in a transportation network. The system may also receive an input indicating an acceleration and a steering angle of a simulated lead vehicle. The system may determine a pose of the simulated vehicle relative to a home pose based on the acceleration input and the steering input, and display an overlay of a representation of the simulated vehicle in the video stream at pixel coordinates based on the pose. The system may determine, from the pixel coordinates, spatial coordinates of the simulated vehicle in the transportation network, wherein the spatial coordinates are relative to at least one of the transportation network or the camera. The system may transmit the spatial coordinates to the vehicle to cause the vehicle to follow a path based on the spatial coordinates.

  • Patent number: 12150312
Abstract: A method of forming an array of capacitors comprises forming a plurality of horizontally-spaced groups that individually comprise a plurality of horizontally-spaced lower capacitor electrodes having a capacitor insulator thereover. Adjacent of the groups are horizontally spaced farther apart than are adjacent of the lower capacitor electrodes within the groups. A void space is between the adjacent groups. An upper capacitor electrode material is formed in the void space and in the groups over the capacitor insulator and the lower capacitor electrodes. The upper capacitor electrode material in the void space connects the upper capacitor electrode material that is in the adjacent groups relative to one another. The upper capacitor electrode material less-than-fills the void space. At least a portion of the upper capacitor electrode material is removed from the void space to disconnect the upper capacitor electrode material in the adjacent groups from being connected relative to one another.

  • Publication number: 20240329633
Abstract: A system may receive a video stream from a camera of a vehicle in a transportation network. The system may also receive an input indicating a steering angle and/or a distance to travel. The system may determine a projected path of the vehicle in the transportation network based on the input. The projected path may be determined using spatial coordinates relative to the transportation network or the camera. The system may then determine, from the spatial coordinates, pixel coordinates in the video stream corresponding to the projected path. The system may display an overlay in the video stream based on the pixel coordinates. The overlay may include a visualization of the projected path.

  • Publication number: 20240329632
Abstract: A system may generate visual data from a vehicle in a transportation network. The system may also generate sideband data from the vehicle. The sideband data may encapsulate a serialization of vehicle information collected using one or more sensors of the vehicle. In some implementations, the sideband data may be formatted according to JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) to enable reconstruction of the vehicle information by a server. The sideband data may be associated with timing information used to correlate the vehicle information to the visual data. The system may transmit a stream including the visual data and the sideband data to the server to enable tele-operation of the vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20220296992
Abstract: A dice tipping game and method utilizes a set of dice comprising a group of pictorial icons. The server rolls the dice and the dice faces are tallied. This tally represents the percentage gratuity to be paid to the server based on the value of the meal or service. One of the pictorial images has a value of zero, another one of the images has a value equating to an additional percentage added to the tally, and a third image represents an opportunity to roll the dice again for a more favorable tally. One or more optional die with faces representing cash values may be added to the set of dice to provide an additional tip amount to the server above and beyond the total percentage rolled.

  • Patent number: 11244733
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for techniques to mitigate disturbances of unselected memory cells in a memory array during an access operation are described. A shunt line may be formed between a plate of a selected memory cell and a digit line of the selected memory cell to couple the plate to the digit line during the access operation. A switching component may be positioned on the shunt line. The switching component may selectively couple the plate to the digit line based on instructions received from a memory controller. By coupling the plate to the digit line during the access operation, voltages resulting on the plate by changes in the voltage level of the digit line may be reduced in magnitude or may be altered in type.

  • Patent number: 10610960
Abstract: Pin tool assemblies for friction stir welding and apparatus and methods that include the pin tool assemblies. The pin tool assemblies include an outer member, an inner member, and a stop. The outer member includes an inner surface that defines an elongate internal cavity and an external shoulder that includes an opening to the elongate internal cavity. The inner member includes a welding end, extends at least partially within the elongate internal cavity, and projects from the opening such that the welding end is external the elongate internal cavity. The pin tool assembly is configured to permit motion of the inner member relative to the outer member. The stop defines a plurality of stop configurations. Each of the stop configurations restricts motion of the inner member relative to the outer member in a stop direction to define a corresponding stop distance between the welding end and the external shoulder.
