  • Publication number: 20230286617
Abstract: A watercraft includes a cavity on the front upper deck for storage and transport of a tender boat. The cavity conforms to a hull of the tender boat, accepting the tender boat such that the tender boat shifts minimally with movement of the watercraft. In some embodiments, a retractable crane deploys from beneath the front upper deck for deploying and retrieving the tender boat. When the tender boat is absent, optionally, a solid cover is placed over the cavity. When the crane is retracted, a cover covers the crane boom and crane mast.

  • Publication number: 20230160255
Abstract: A rain deflector apparatus provides a declined body surface to deflect water away from a sliding glass door (or similar structure) and a compliant base portion that can be sealably inserted into the sliding glass door's track (or similar structure) in order to prevent water and debris from collecting in the track and making its way under the door. In a preferred embodiment, the rain deflector apparatus is secured to the glass of the sliding glass door by way of one or more suction cups. The suction cups are selected such that their holding force to the glass is sufficient to keep the upper edge of the apparatus pressed up against the glass and the lower edge in sealed relation to the track or floor.

  • Patent number: 11500573
Abstract: A multiple interface data exchange system utilizes a persistent in-memory storage in asynchronous data communication with a plurality of interfaces. Each interface is configured to communicate with at least one application using a particular communication protocol. The persistent in-memory storage stores tuple data sets received from applications transmitting data to the connected interface in a canonical (universal) format, automatically creating new tuples and updating existing tuples. The canonical format of the data is quickly queried in the persistent in-memory storage and available to other applications in connection with the multiple interface data exchange system regardless of the communication protocol used by a requesting application.

  • Publication number: 20220309419
Abstract: Computer systems are used to facilitate the sale of mortgages into the secondary market. For example, the computer systems are used to facilitate the administration of loan delivery and other business rules across multiple customer-facing applications. The computer systems provide a shared service for customer-facing applications to integrate with a centralized business rules engine. The computer systems enable the integrated applications to request specific groups or categories of business rules to be executed by the centralized business rules engine. The computer systems request execution of stored business rules based on a loan, format the results, and provide feedback to the calling applications based on the results.
