Publication number: 20060224597Abstract: A technique for distributed management of attributes includes propagating attributes based upon attribute-granularity permissions. An example of a system according to the technique may include a server, coupled to a first client and a second client, that includes a module that receives attribute data from the first client; a permissions database where first permissions associated with the first client are set at the individual attribute level for the second client; an engine for updating the permissions database and for validating the first permissions for the second client; and an engine for distributing first client updates based on validated permissions to destinations associated with the one or more second destination stores.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 3, 2006Publication date: October 5, 2006Inventors: Mark Fitzpatrick, Anthony Siress

Patent number: 6874267Abstract: The present invention is a modular stock system for rifles. The system replaces the rifle's buffer tube with a modified one containing a mount for a constant cheek weld and a rail track for adjustment. A stock module then mounts on the replacement buffer tube. The stock module is interchangeable depending on the user's needs. Various configurations of the stock module are discussed, including adjustable stocks, fixed stocks, and specialized stocks. The stock module may be made even further modular by the addition of rail system.Type: GrantFiled: May 27, 2003Date of Patent: April 5, 2005Inventors: Richard Mark Fitzpatrick, Stephen Charles Hines

Patent number: 6748689Abstract: Integral extensions to aid in the extraction of ammunition magazines from ammunition pouches are provided in three embodiments. In this embodiment, the sides of an ammunition magazine are extended, either by molding or affixing a handle directly to the sides of the magazine, to provide a handle. This embodiment provides a more steam-lined handle adapted for use specifically in the extraction of magazines from ammunition pouches and other storage means.Type: GrantFiled: September 17, 2002Date of Patent: June 15, 2004Inventor: Richard Mark Fitzpatrick

Patent number: 6722978Abstract: The method of the present invention involves a numerical game of chance, which includes a parlay and a bonus playing option. A player selects a series of five (5) numbers from a set of eighty (80) numbers and makes a wager. The player then selects a second series of five numbers from a set of eighty numbers and makes another wager. The player then is given the option to make a combination wager whereby the first series of five numbers and second series of five numbers are combined. The gaming establishment then draws five winning numbers randomly from the set of eighty numbers. A player wins if his first series of five numbers matches the winning numbers, if his second series of five numbers matches the winning numbers or if any combination of the two series of numbers (i.e., ten numbers selected) matches the winning numbers. Additionally, bonus and parlay options are available.Type: GrantFiled: May 9, 2002Date of Patent: April 20, 2004Assignee: Las Vegas Gaming, Inc.Inventor: Mark Fitzpatrick Valenti

Patent number: 6634131Abstract: A magazine grip attachment for ammunition magazines to aid in extraction of a magazine from ammunition pouches comprising a sleeve of resilient material molded in the general shape of a magazine yet with a smaller inner circumference than the circumference of a magazine so as to require the band to stretch over the magazine. The top of the band has an even slightly smaller inner circumference than the lower part of the band. Extending from the top of the band is a handle designed to allow a finger to wrap around the handle and extract the magazine. Also provided are recessed areas and four diagonal force distribution beams to constrict the invention and allow it to grip a magazine more snugly when the handle is pulled. The invention is also used in combination with a magazine pouch to deaden noise by biasing the magazines against the pouch and each other.Type: GrantFiled: January 29, 2000Date of Patent: October 21, 2003Inventor: Richard Mark Fitzpatrick

Publication number: 20030070341Abstract: Integral extensions to aid in the extraction of ammunition magazines from ammunition pouches are provided by permanently attaching a handle to existing or modified floor plates. In one embodiment, a substitute floor plate is molded with a handle projecting from its outer face. In a second embodiment, a handle with a grip and a terminal end is provided with an attachment structure on the terminal end. Floor plates are then either modified by cutting anchoring holes to allow for the attachment of such handles without hindering use in an ammunition magazine or molded with said anchoring holes.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 17, 2002Publication date: April 17, 2003Inventor: Richard Mark Fitzpatrick

Patent number: 4701695Abstract: Test circuitry is included in a PROM memory for detecting shorts between bit lines and word lines and shorts or leaks in a memory cell. The circuitry enables a selected positive voltage to be applied across all memory cells in the memory so that the existence of leaky memory cells or shorts in the memory can be detected during testing. The test circuitry has no appreciable effect on the memory during normal operation of the memory.Type: GrantFiled: February 14, 1986Date of Patent: October 20, 1987Assignee: Monolithic Memories, Inc.Inventors: Albert Chan, Mark Fitzpatrick, Don Goddard, Robert J. Bosnyak, Cyrus Tsui

Patent number: 4670708Abstract: Circuitry is provided for testing fusible link arrays for short circuits around the fusible links. Each link is electrically isolated and compared with a pair of reference fusible links to detect the presence or absence of a short circuit.Type: GrantFiled: July 30, 1984Date of Patent: June 2, 1987Assignee: Monolithic Memories, Inc.Inventors: Bob Bosnyak, Albert Chan, Mark Fitzpatrick, Gary Gouldsberry, Cyrus Tsui, Andrew K. Patent number: 4638189Abstract: The present invention combines in either a logical AND function of N logical input signals, where N is a selected positive integer greater than or equal to 1, and provides programmably, either a direct AND output signal or a NAND output signal. The invention accomplishes this using a minimum number of components in the data path, between the logical input leads and logical output leads. A minimum of components in the data path reduces the propagation delay introduced by the circuit. The invention accomplishes this by providing two AND gates connected to the same set of N logical input signals. The output signal of one AND gate is inverted by an inverter with an enable/disable input lead. The output signal of the other AND gate is inverted twice by two inverters. The second inverter has an enable/disable input lead. Means are provided for exclusively enabling one or the other of the two inverters with an enable/disable input lead.Type: GrantFiled: June 29, 1984Date of Patent: January 20, 1987Assignee: Monolithic Memories, IncorporatedInventors: George Geannopoulos, Cyrus Tsui, Mark Fitzpatrick, Andy Chan

Patent number: 4634898Abstract: A unique double inversion buffer has a first means to invert and isolate the digital input signal, a second means to reinvert and further isolate the input signal, and an output means including an output transistor 94. The double inversion buffer is configured with active pull-down means on the output transistor 92. The high-to-low propagation delay time and the low-to-high propagation delay times through the double inversion buffer and reduced by use of the active pull-down means. Rapid turnoff of the output transistor is accomplished by coupling a transistor to its base to instantaneously turn it off. In a preferred embodiment, a clamping circuit 201 is used to hold the output voltage at a maximum predetermined level to further reduce the time it takes to reduce the output voltage to the logical "0" state.Type: GrantFiled: November 22, 1983Date of Patent: January 6, 1987Assignee: Monolithic Memories, Inc.Inventors: Gary Gouldsberry, Albert Chan, Cyrus Tsui, Mark Fitzpatrick
