Abstract: The present invention provides multispecific antibodies comprising a Fab region and an Fc region, wherein the Fab region comprises a binding site specific for an epitope of the variable delta 1 (V?1) chain of a ?? T cell receptor (TCR); and the Fe region comprises an EGFR binding site. The present invention also provides compositions and pharmaceutical compositions comprising such multispecific antibodies, and method of making such multispecific antibodies. The present invention also provides methods of treatment and medical uses involving the multispecific antibodies.

Abstract: A dermatoscope includes features to allow a practitioner to visualize a selected skin area of a patient by means of a self-contained portable tool. The same tool may be thereafter used to perform a desired biopsy of skin findings previously visualized. The same tool allows the site to be prepared for such biopsy by application of an adhesive bandage and such adhesive bandage may likewise be closed by the same tool by means of suitable structures within the dermatoscope.

Abstract: An embodiment of a mechanical goaltender includes two portions being connectable so as to be angularly offsettable from one another, each portion including: at least one stationary board comprising at least one stationary opening; and at least one rotating board comprising at least one orbiting opening, affixed to the stationary board such that the at least one orbiting opening periodically comes into alignment with the at least one stationary opening, whereby when the mechanical goaltender is positioned to block an opening of a goal net and the at least one rotating board is activated, a user can shoot a projectile into the goal net only when the at least one orbiting opening comes into alignment with the at least one stationary opening.

Abstract: There is disclosed an aerial roadway comprised of prefabricated, cantilevered deck modules; and supporting columns, interlockingly mounted on and monolithically attached to prefabricated, prestressed, post-tensioned spinal beams supported on columns; an elevated roadway comprised of prefabricated cantilevered deck modules monolithically attached to a supporting wall; and a grade-level roadway comprised of deck modules monolithically attached to a foundation located at grade level. The deck modules are provided with integral layers of porous, bituminous paving material which provide a continuous, smooth, water-permeable running surface. Vehicles are directed along the aerial elevated and ground-level roadways by guide wheels depending from the vehicles and impinging on the guide beam fixed to the deck modules. A modification of the cantilevered deck modules provides aerial, elevated and ground-level roadways for transportation systems employing relatively small, light vehicles.
