  • Patent number: 11963686
Abstract: Surgical systems and methods for performing an osteotomy are disclosed herein. A surgical system includes a frame including a first section, second section, third section, fourth section, and a window. The surgical system can include a cut guide that can fit within the window and contact the first side, the second side, the third side, and the fourth side. The surgical system can include an aligner that can fit within the window and contact the first side, the second side, the third.

  • Patent number: 5657353
Abstract: A pulse shaping filter for shaping pulses received at a specified data rate is disclosed. The filter has a desired impulse response associated with a plurality of sampled values. The filter includes a sampling circuit responsive to the input pulses, such that each pulse is sampled at a desired sampling rate. A delay circuit provides a plurality of delayed versions of the sampled pulse, wherein said sampled pulse propogate through said delay circuit at a unit delay time substantially equal to the period of the desired sampling rate. A plurality of resistors are coupled to the delay circuit, each resistor providing a weighing coefficient by which the delayed versions of the sampled pulses are multiplied to provide a plurality of weighed delayed pulses. A summing circuit is adapted to add all said weighed delayed pulses to provide shaped pulses.

  • Patent number: 4514955
Abstract: A stretch wrapping system including apparatus and process is disclosed in which rotation of a non-cylindrical or off-centered load draws film web at a continually fluctuating speed from a film roll through a prestretching device to wrap the load. The prestretching device includes an upstream roller coupled to a braking device and a downstream roller coupled to a positive torque device. The speed of the downstream roller is proportional to the take-up speed of the web on the load and the feedback device continually senses the speed of both rollers and adjusts the braking device so that the speed ratio of the rollers produces a constant stretch of the film web above its yield point. The feedback device also continually senses the forces contributed by the braking device and the torque device and continually adjusts the torque device so that the force on the web between the downstream roller and the load is held constant at a level below the yield point of the web.
