Abstract: A dispenser for a roll of product which includes two supporting arms oppositely positioned at the end of a substantially V-shaped base portion. The supporting arms are extended from the base portion to allow for proper dispensing in particular circumstances with the supporting arms including stability members to allow for effective dispensing when the frame is free standing along its horizontal or particularly its vertical axis.
