  • Patent number: 11108650
Abstract: A system for providing local and remote access to an I/O device includes a hardware device having a microprocessor, an I/O interface, a LAN interface, and a WAN interface. The microprocessor is configured to coordinate the I/O interface, the LAN interface, and the WAN interface. The hardware device is configured to provide plug-and-play functionality with respect to an I/O device in communication with the hardware device via the I/O interface. A cloud server is in electronic communication with the hardware via the LAN interface. A first client device is in electronic communication with the cloud server and configured to access the hardware device therethrough. A second client device is in electronic communication with the hardware device via the WAN interface. A user of the system can access, control, and/or monitor the I/O device via the hardware device upon accessing the hardware device using the first or second client device.

  • Patent number: 11060946
Abstract: A stuffing box leak detection system utilizes a reflective member on the outside surface of the stuffing box. A photoelectric sensor emits a light beam which is directed at the reflective member and a reflective beam is reflected back to the photoelectric sensor by the reflective member. A processor is connected to the photoelectric sensor, where the processor is configured to detect a change in intensity of the reflected beam. Upon detecting a change in the intensity of the reflected beam, the processor activates a trip alarm. Notifications of the trip alarm may be distributed to pre-selected recipients. The processor may also activate a camera directed at the stuffing box to provide still images or live stream video to recipients.

  • Patent number: 10910969
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a fan motor control device comprising a control signal input for applying a rotational speed control voltage as the control signal input signal and a control signal output for picking off a control signal output signal for connecting to a fan motor, where modulation means are connected downstream from the control signal input, said modulation means being designed to convert the control signal input signal into a digital and/or pulsed modulation input signal, and isolated transmission means are connected downstream therefrom, which transfer the digital and/or pulsed modulation input signal into a digital and/or pulsed modulation output signal isolated from the control signal input, which is converted into the control signal output signal that can be picked off on the control signal output by means of demodulation means connected downstream from the transmission means.
