  • Publication number: 20040243698
Abstract: The present invention relates to a system for tracking purchaser attributes using a message manager, an attachment manager, a register manager, and a direct mail manager. The message manager is used to implement a message having the name of a prospect and a personalized message to that particular prospect within a message. The attachment manager tracks the activity and success of an attachment by wrapping the attachment with a tracking link, enabling communication of exactly when the attachment is viewed and other characteristics. The register manager provides a prospect with the ability to register for information on a website whereby a message is automatically pushed to the prospect which is tracked with the register manager. The direct mail manager uses a unique direct mail piece sent to a prospect and then tracks the personalized URL for each direct mail piece and associated URL, and its activity such that each unique visitor is tracked, and auto-populated into a database.

  • Publication number: 20040236835
Abstract: The present invention relates to a direct mail manager for tracking the direct mail results with the ESP tracking technology. The ESP generates a unique piece being sent and then tracks the personalized URL for each direct mail piece and associated URL, and its activity. Each unique visitor is tracked, and auto-populated into an ESP database. Each time a direct mail visitor enters the website or Microsite™ location through the unique link, the ESP technology alerts sales or marketing personnel of exactly who is visiting, when and for how long.

  • Patent number: 4739655
Abstract: A continuously adjusted calculated annulus drilling fluid lag time while drilling oil and gas wells and analyzing the drilling mud at the well surface for formation gas, fluids and rock in order to accurately index the release of the formation gas, fluids and rock released by the drill bit with the depth at which they were released. The method obtains such analyses by using a computer and pumping pressure to accurately track the drilling mud time lag and automatically adjusts for variations in the annulus flow rate to correlate the recorded data with its originating depth.
