Abstract: A semiconductor processing system, a method of processing semiconductors, and a robot apparatus therefor. The robot apparatus may include: a support structure; a first arm having a first axis and being movably mounted to the support structure, the first arm having a first end effector and a second end effector; a second arm having a second axis and being movably mounted to the support structure, the second arm being spaced apart from the first arm, the second arm having a first end effector and a second end effector; a first drive mechanism configured to move the first arm along the first axis; a second drive mechanism configured to move the second arm along the second axis; and a third drive mechanism configured to move the first and second arms along a third axis that is perpendicular to the first and second axes.

Abstract: A digital telephone system provides visual displays of live events to a digital telephone device. An animation script is generated according to real time actions which make up the live event. The digital telephone system transmits the animation script to the digital telephone which is preloaded with a smart client application. The smart client application receives the animation script, for example in the form of a SMS or MMS message, and the animation script controls the smart client application such that objects on a visual display are moved in order to simulate the live event.

Abstract: A closure for a container comprises means to secure the closure to the mouth of the container and an electronic device. The closure further comprises activation means operative to activate the electronic device when the closure is rotated relative to the container. The closure comprises a lower closure half comprising means to secure the closure to the container, and an upper closure half rotatably mounted on the lower closure half. A container comprising such a closure is also provided. The electronic device could comprise a sound-emitting device, a vibratory device or a light-emitting device.
