  • Patent number: 11319669
Abstract: A lubricating device lubricates a circulating clothing of a machine for manufacturing a fibrous web. The device has a body with a feed chamber that has an inlet for supplying a pressurized liquid lubricant to the feed chamber and an outlet for discharging the lubricant therefrom. The body further has a nozzle chamber to which a nozzle for discharging the lubricant is connected. The nozzle has a flow-conducting connection to the feed chamber via the nozzle chamber and the outlet. Within the body, a diffuser is provided for diffusing the lubricant supplied through the outlet along the body, the diffuser being arranged between the outlet and the nozzle.

  • Publication number: 20180119349
Abstract: A device for cleaning a continuously revolving clothing in a machine producing and/or processing a paper, cardboard, tissue or other fiber web, includes at least one cleaning nozzle generating at least one fluid cleaning jet directed towards the clothing and a channel discharging fluid and dirt from the clothing in a discharge direction. The discharge channel has a first portion with a receptacle opening at the beginning of the discharge channel and a cleaning opening facing the clothing forming a cleaning zone. The nozzle causes the jet to impact the clothing in the cleaning zone. The receptacle opening is oriented opposite a clothing running direction and the nozzle provides the jet with a velocity component transverse to the running direction striking the clothing in an angular range 20°<B<80°, particularly 30°<B<70° relative to a clothing plane seen in the clothing running direction.

  • Publication number: 20080254273
Abstract: A fabric comprising a plurality of coiled yarns arranged in side-by-side intermeshing relationship and having elongated pintles extending through intermeshed portions of the yarn. Elongated stuffer elements extend through central portion of each of the coils in between adjacent pintles. The stuffer elements respond to a given input after insertion to expand and fill the central portions of each of the coils. The input may be temperature, light, sound, chemical and tension. In one form, the stuffer elements formed from auxetic material which is placed in tension, after insertion, to cause the stuffer elements to expand and reduce the permeability of the fabric.

  • Publication number: 20070119513
Abstract: The present invention relates to a woven fabric structure including at least one array of warp yarns interwoven with at east one array of substantially orthogonally extending weft yarns, wherein each end of a warp yarn is extended beyond the last weft to form either a binder or a seam loop which can be interdigitated with similar seam loops of the opposing fabric end and joined by at least one pintle wire passed through a tunnel formed by the interdigitated seam loops. The inventive woven fabric structure is characterized in that the seam loops and the binders of the warp yarns possess a ratio above 1:1 and below 4:1.
