    Abstract: An outdoor seating assembly is disclosed herein. The outdoor seating assembly includes a seat support structure; a seat portion coupled to the seat support structure, the seat portion configured to accommodate an individual disposed in a seated position; a seat back portion coupled to the seat support structure, the seat back portion configured to support a back of the individual; and at least one photovoltaic panel, the at least one photovoltaic panel attached to one of the seat portion and the seat back portion, the at least one photovoltaic panel geometrically conforming to a curvature of the one of the seat portion and the seat back portion. In one embodiment, at least one photovoltaic panel is coupled to the seat portion in an angularly adjustable manner. In another embodiment, at least one reflective device is provided for reflecting a portion of the solar radiation striking a seat member.
