  • Publication number: 20070015990
Abstract: Method and Apparatus for Detecting and Analyzing Pathogenic Zones relate to geophysics and environmental medicine, specifically to searching inauspicious (pathogenic) places. The Method is based on two major concepts. First of them considers influence of extremely low frequency (ELF) electromagnetic (EM) fields, generated by such zones, on human brain and other organs. The danger is based on a spectral compatibility of said external EM fields and those generated by the organs, which affects their pace. The examples are shown. Second concept considers a spinning electric vector (SV). It is formed due to “splitting” Earth alternating electric vector for two vectors, shifted in a phase and spatially. The spinning influences space-time metric, causing the profound consequences for humans. Natural sources of SV are shown. The apparatus comprises a sensor to percept components of Earth electric field. The sensor is connected to ELF-filter and phase-shift meter, which are connected to output indicators.

  • Patent number: 6198290
Abstract: A method for detecting defective capacitors in a circuit and meters for that, based on passing alternative measuring current through capacitor to be tested. According to the first versions of the disclosed method, measuring signal is being applied between an envelop of the capacitor and one of its terminals to inject the measuring current inside the capacitor. That causes the current to flow through a dielectric between capacitor's plates and affect the current consumption depending on quality of the capacitor. An indicator of the meter displays one of voltage-current relationships that characterizes the capacitor. In this version the measuring current flows through a closed circuit.

  • Patent number: 5998984
Abstract: In order to place contour portions of an electric circuit, a local scanning curl electric shield acts on the electric circuit so as to induce an electromotive force on the electric circuit, an electric circuit is connected with a light source emitting light strobes so that in response to maximum or minimum values of the electromotive force electric strobe pulses are generated.
